This site is devoted to giving residents of Killearn Lakes Plantation Units I and II timely information on how to connect to the neighborhood's low-pressure sanitary sewer system and how to maintain the sewer pump station once it is installed on their property.

Effective October 1, 2007, the interest rate for the Water/Sewer loan Program will change from 5.79% to 5.56%. For customers with a Water/Sewer loan already approved and in process, the rate will remain at the current rate of 5.79%.

Newsflash
At last Wednesday's City Commission meeting, the Commission extended the reduced systems fee for Killearn Lakes I and II until March 31, 2008. The original expiration was September 30, 2007. The reduced fee is in the amount of $3,780, which is $720 less than the $4,500 that fee would have been raised to if the City had not extended the reduction period.
